🌟 From Gymnasticbodies Foundation Series 🌟 This was one of the very first exercises that I remember Coach Sommer educating us on during my first seminar with him 🙂🌟. Just like the video shows, he had us stand next to a wall for spotting and HONESTY in execution. I remember it vividly because 5lbs felt like 25 😲. In order to isolate rotation from the shoulder (as BEST as our mobility allowed), we were only allowed to turn as much as we needed in order to navigate the arm around ⭕️. The goal was to have the back of the palm against the wall and thus, dumbbell pointed down toward the ground. He made us do these painfully slow 😵🤦🏻♂️. You can do these more dynamically too, as seen in many videos about the Xiaopeng movements. But try the slow and controlled version and use LIGHT weight! Aim for solid execution- upright, spine stacked and ROTATE, without compensation (forward head posture, leaning, losing "the stack," etc). This is GREAT for shoulder mobility IF performed correctly. As you can see, I still have work to do 👊🏽.

The 4.90-meter-long Xpeng P7 is offered at prices starting at 229,900 yuan (about 35,000 euros). The fully equipped top model costs about 50,000 Euro. The autonomous driving function "X-Pilot" is at level 3. It is advertised with a NEDC range of 706 kilometers and a maximum engine efficiency of 97.5 percent. A cW-value of 0.236 and energy content of 81 kWh. It is charged from 30 to 80 percent in just under half an hour and will draw power for a further 120 kilometers within ten minutes. The sprint from 0 to 100 km/h is achieved in 4.3 seconds with the 4WD high-performance model with 316 kW/430 hp. There are also two rear-wheel drive versions with 196 kW/266 hp. Score 16.450 Li Xiaopeng ( 李小鹏; 李小鵬; pinyin: Lǐ Xiǎopéng; July 27, 1981 in Changsha, Hunan) is a retired male Chinese gymnast, who specializes in parallel bars & vault. He currently holds 16 world titles, more than any other gymnast in China. On 29 August 2009, he was the torch bearer for the torch relay of the East Asian Games in Hong Kong. He retired from the sport in late 2009. He began gymnastics training 🤍 Changsha Spare-time Sports School in Hunan Province 🤍 the age of 6 and was a member of the Hunan provincial team at 12. Li's diligence & skill soon set him apart from his peers, which could be proved by his several provincial titles. At the age of 15, he was selected into the national team. At the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games, Li & his teammates gave an outstanding performance, earning them the gold medal 🤍 the prestigious men's team event, a 1st for Chinese gymnasts. Li also won an individual gold medal in parallel bars. However, due to a severe foot injury, Li's performance 🤍 the 2004 Athens Olympic Games was unsatisfactory. China finished 5th 🤍 the men's team final, & Li could only get a bronze in parallel bars, after being undefeated in major competitions since 2000. He was the 4th athlete to compete in the vault event finals, but unfortunately shuffled during the initial sprint & fell on the 1st jump. After winning two gold medals for men's team & parallel bars at the Beijing Olympics, he surpassed Li Ning by holding 16 world titles, more than any other gymnasts in China. He retired in late 2009.
